Shift Leader

About Us
Bao Babies is a fun, modern kiosk concept bringing fresh handmade steamed bao dessert and creative soft serve to our customers. We are looking for a Shift Leader to join our team and support daily operations while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kiosk operations and ensure high product quality and customer satisfaction
- Support in preparing and serving menu items to maintain smooth operations
- Lead, train, and motivate part-time team members, assigning tasks efficiently during shifts
- Manage inventory levels, assist with ordering, receiving, and restocking supplies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment that meets health and safety standards
- Handle customer needs, complaints, and onsite issues independently
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service, café, or retail preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills a plus
Part-time Team Member

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service
- Prepare and serve bao, soft serve, and drinks according to our standards
- Handle cashier duties and operate POS system accurately
- Assist with daily setup, cleaning, and closing tasks
- Restock supplies and maintain a clean, safe kiosk environment
- Work closely with the Shift Leader and teammates to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Prior experience in food service, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required (training provided)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
- Responsible, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, especially on weekends and evenings
- Fluent in English; Chinese language skills a plus
